Thank you for shopping with Burka Specialist. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship to all provinces within South Africa. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

International Shipping We ship internationally to selected countries. International orders typically take 10–21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing times. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where applicable.

Lost or Delayed Parcels Burka Specialist is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs. If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you.
